Our client in Madison is hiring an Accounts Receivable and Payable clerk on 1st shift! This organization is a foam fabricator. Some of their product lines include packaging, seating, bedding, mats, cushioning, filtration, and much more.
Salary: $20-22/hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm
Work includes:
- Accounts receivable: prepare, post, verify, and record payments
- Create and submit invoices
- Handle correspondence for collections
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements
- Assist office manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month
- AR/AP experience
- MS office suite
- HS diploma or equivalent
